As a student in Marian’s MAE Special Education focus degree program you will prepare to meet the diverse learning needs of students as a Wisconsin licensed special education teacher.

Current teachers and career changers will have the opportunity to confidently learn to meet the challenges of facilitating learning in a special education environment and move into an inspiring career supporting special education students.

The Special Education graduate level, initial licensure program is designed for teaching students with special needs in middle childhood-early adolescence (grades 1-8) and early adolescence-adolescence (grades 5-12). Completion of the program leads to a Master of Arts in Education degree in special education/cross-categorical with a concentration in specific learning disabilities.

The Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner Track is designed for nursing professionals who are ready to further their education with the convenience of a program that helps them balance work, school, and their personal lives. The 15-Week Semester gives students a more traditional semester experience with a modern twist. The Hybrid FNP program offers the flexibility of online studies along with the support of involved faculty through bi-weekly, on-campus time.
